Today we’re excited to host a cover reveal for Body in the Amber Library by D. Hale Rambo, the first in The Enchanted Almveres Investigate series featuring a married couple with unusual magical abilities in a Fae-touched Regency fantasy, and a murder mystery, naturally!
So what’s it all about?
It would be that on the first social event since Lady Almvere’s marriage, instead of polite smiles and an eager reading of rare texts, there should be a body in the library and not nearly enough suspects.
When the Almveres accept an invitation to their friends’ country ball on the promise of rare texts concerning the Fae, they expect an evening of good society and better information.
What they find instead are empty shelves and a dead man warming in a chair.
With guests waltzing in the next room and a culprit hidden among them, the Almveres have one night to recover what was stolen and uncover who would murder to keep it.
