If losing her mother wasn’t bad enough, now Sophie has to go and live with an aunt she barely remembers. Overwhelmed with anxiety and grief, she wasn’t expecting to find herself surrounded by creatures she’d only read about in books.

Before she’s even able to find her feet, she’s kidnapped by unseen enemies, leading her aunt into a desperate search to find her. Sophie needs to learn to overcome her fear in order to escape captivity and survive in this dangerous new world.

Stars for Sophie was published on 1st August 2021 at 118 pages.

About the Author

Cheryl S.Hoggins is a first time author, who has long loved losing herself in the written word. An avid reader as a child, she now endeavors to pass on the magic of the imagination to the next generation.

Born in the UK, she has travelled to and lived in several different countries and currently resides in France with her infant son and fiance.

Inspired by authors such as L.J Smith and Sir Terry Pratchett she hopes to apply the same level of immersion and wonder as she herself experienced while growing up.
