The Book Bazaar 2026 is an exciting collaborative crowdfunding event on Backerkit of 39 indie authors who have come together to raise funds for their campaigns. In celebration, and to help promote these authors, we’ll be featuring spotlights through the fundraising period for you to check and out and support! Within The Book Bazaar, you’ll find a variety of genres, including fantasy, sci-fi, horror, queer, and romance, as well as a variety of formats such as novels, novellas, series, anthologies, and audiobooks. There’s something for everyone!

Only you can answer.Some time ago, a glimmer broke the horizon, blistering at the periphery of sight and mind. Since then it has evolved to claim a name: The Beyond; a vast, ravenous entity gaining purchase in the world with each passing day. Under its thrall, life comes apart at its seams and morphs into new, bewildering shapes.
Amidst the chaos, Nieve rises to fill the long-vacant position of Biotheologist. With an entire laboratory at her disposal and a flock of Scholars to wrestle under her thumb, she’s caught in a clash between the demands of her superiors, a terrified society, and her own vibrant curiosity for the entity knocking on their door.
There is a balance to be struck, a perfect middle ground between savior and monster, and Nieve must find it. It’s time for her to glove up and enter the operating theatre. Either she’ll dig into her humanity, or let the world bend her into a monstrous shape of its own.
Beyond Bringers is a standalone queer, sci-fi, horror novel about limits, language, and control.
